(Jan. 10, 2023) – Phoenix West Commercial represented the tenant, a full-service financial firm, in a long-term lease at Anchor Centre East in the well-positioned Camelback Corridor in Phoenix. Phoenix West Commercial (PWC) Vice President | Principal ELi Mastracci, CCIM, represented First International Bank & Trust, which already leases space on the first and third floors of the office complex at 2231 E. Camelback Road. The lease is for the first-floor space of 7,959 SF. First International Bank & Trust, a full-service, family-owned, community bank offering a wide range of financial services, is headquartered in Watford, North Dakota.
