2. Negotiation Proliant Corporation in Westgate Center, in addition their lease renewals

3. Sold ± 40,000 sf manufacturing center for ADAPTO Goodyear, AZ for redevelopment

4. Negotiated a land acquisition for development of five acres for Four 10,500 sf to be developed medical office building campus in Verrado, Buckeye, AZ for client’s retirement strategy

5. Sold Specialty property including seller financing and lease back a portion of the property

6. Negotiated lease for ± 10,000 sf for Franklin Pierce University with the City of Goodyear, AZ

7. Project leasing manager for ± 68,000 sf class A office, Palm Valley, Goodyear AZ

8. Florida Bank REO Sale, Specialty Property in South Phoenix

9. Avondale Retail Plaza, leased from construction stage, stabilized, added pad site coffee user to increase NOI, and then sold to investor. ± 31,000 sf

10. Disposition of ± 24,500 sf retail office plaza
