As Executive Administrator of Phoenix West Commercial, Danielle has acquired a real estate license and follows every transaction of the brokerage from birth to full execution or the successful close of escrow. Danielle manages the brokerage file requirements for the Arizona Department of Real Estate. She drafts legal documents including, but not limited to, agreements for representation, commission, listings, leases, and purchase/sales. Danielle does all things, big and small, to keep every transaction moving forward, all while maintaining a calm and organized office. Previously, Danielle spent 20 years in the Education Field as a Teacher and High School Principal, and has experience in District level grant writing, program development, program management, coaching athletics, budgeting, curriculum writing, human resources, master scheduling, and much more. Danielle’s 20 years’ experience in managing a school and district level programs has given her a solid foundation required to manage a commercial real estate brokerage.

 

Danielle also coordinates the West Valley Commercial Real Estate Group (“WVCREG”) – a learning-based commercial real estate-focused professional group. This group meets monthly and features guest speakers who are at the top of their fields, who speak on hot topics about our popular state’s growth and economic development (e.g., water, roadways, retail/office/industrial/land development, investing tips/tricks, etc.).

 

Danielle’s hobbies include yoga, walking, hiking, and watching her daughter swim competitively.
