Giuseppe Mastracci is a commercial real estate agent specializing in retail leasing and tenant representation across the Phoenix MSA. As Senior Associate and Principal with Phoenix West Commercial, he guides clients ranging from local businesses to international franchises through site selection, leasing, acquisitions, and growth strategy.
 

 

Giuseppe began his commercial real estate career in April 2023, bringing a fresh perspective, innovative ideas, and a community-focused approach to the industry. Prior to transitioning into brokerage, he served as Marketing Director for Phoenix West Commercial beginning in August 2020, where he built his foundational knowledge of the industry through brand strategy, social media management, and the creation of marketing packages and brochures.
 

 

In June 2025, Giuseppe was promoted to Senior Associate, where he now works with more sophisticated brands, refining his retail tenant representation niche by leveraging his Phoenix market expertise to support clients in their expansion and growth strategies. He earned the prestigious CCIM Designation in April 2026 and currently serves as Chair of the Programs Committee for the Central Arizona CCIM Chapter.
